Item # CCP-22
Crank Puller for Square Taper Cranks
The CCP-22 uses a long comfortable handle and extra fine thread that provides the needed leverage to remove even the tightest cranks.
- Fits all cranks using 22mm x 1 threads and square, tapered bottom bracket spindles
- Also fits "Power Spline" cranks from SRAM using the 8mm thread bolt
- Strong rotating tip system ensures smooth operation and long life.
NOTE: For cranks using the ISIS Drive or Octalink system, use the CCP-44 or the CWP-7.
The CCP-22 or CWP-7 will pull cranks from spindes using the 8mm threaded bolt or nut. The large threading section of the tool is 22mm and threads into the arm. The inner thread of the tool will drive against the spindle and will drive the arm from the spindle. The 8mm thread is about the same size as the 8mm hex wrench shaft. Truvativ "Power Spline" spindes use an 8mm threaded bolt as does the common square spindles use an 8mm thread.
