Can I stop by and place an order in person?
At this time, we are not a retail location and cannot accept walk-in orders. We offer a Local Pickup option when you order online, which allows you to come to our headquarters and pick up your order when it is ready. Local Pickup is a free shipping option in which your order will typically be ready within the same business day that the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States or to freight forwarders. Please contact your favorite retailer or local distributor to find Park Tool products available near you.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
We do! In order to best serve you in placing orders for APO addresses, please call us at 651-777-6868 and one of our order specialists will assist you.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, when choosing a shipping method at checkout you will have the option to mark your order as a gift. This will include a gift receipt without prices and allow you to include an optional gift message. Park Tool does not offer gift wrapping at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Park Tool accepts payment directly via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Park Tool E-Gift Cards. You may also choose to pay via PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be authorized for the full amount of your order when your order is placed, but will not be charged until later. For e-gift card orders, your card will be charged when the order is approved and ready for delivery. For regular orders your card or PayPal account will be charged when your order ships, or for Local Pickup orders, when your order is ready for pickup.
How do I change my order?
To cancel your order, go to the Order Status page and log in or enter your order details, then click the Cancel Order button at the bottom of the page. You can also call us at 651-777-6868 to have a web order specialist assist you in canceling your order. To change an order, cancel your existing order as described above, then place a new order. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time an order is cancelled for the charge to be refunded or voided.
An order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped, picked up, or delivered (e-gift cards). While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse or the e-gift card email sent.
Unfortunately, Park Tool is not able to offer price matching at this time.
