We’re looking for a versatile administrative support person to join our growing team at our world headquarters in Oakdale, Minnesota. We’re a 58 year-old growing company in a fast paced industry that builds our own product (parktool.com) and distributes it to over 75 countries around the globe.
- Phone and in-person reception
- Order entry for both domestic and foreign shipments
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
- E-commerce support; order assistance, shipment logistics and customer service
- A wide variety of general office duties
- Daily customer and staff interaction
- Self-starter who can work well in a team and independently
- Fast learner who is detail oriented and determined
- Able to multi-task and problem solve daily
- Computer savvy and able to learn multiple programs
- Friendly and helpful
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Problem solver
- Organized and efficient
