Administrative Support

We’re Park Tool Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of specialty tools for the bicycle industry. We’re looking for a versatile administrative support person to join our growing team at our world headquarters in Oakdale, Minnesota. We’re a 58 year-old growing company in a fast paced industry that builds our own product (parktool.com) and distributes it to over 75 countries around the globe.


The job:

  • Phone and in-person reception
  • Order entry for both domestic and foreign shipments
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
  • E-commerce support; order assistance, shipment logistics and customer service
  • A wide variety of general office duties
  • Daily customer and staff interaction


You:

  • Self-starter who can work well in a team and independently
  • Fast learner who is detail oriented and determined
  • Able to multi-task and problem solve daily
  • Computer savvy and able to learn multiple programs
  • Friendly and helpful
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solver
  • Organized and efficient
