The Park Tool CN-2 Cable Cutter is manufactured from 1095 high carbon steel, heat-treated to give a long lasting cutting edge. Jaws of the Cable Cutter are surface-ground to compress the cable strands at the point of cut to help prevent cable fraying. Comfortable plastic handles give a good feel and grip on the handles. A built-in crimping slot makes it easy to install cable end caps.
