E-Gift Cards

Do you mail gift cards?

We don't offer physical gift cards at this time, however our e-gift cards can be downloaded as a PDF and then printed.

How far in advance can I schedule?

You can schedule an e-gift card delivery up to 30 days in advance.

When will my e-gift card be sent?

All gift card orders go through a manual review process. Once the gift card order has been approved, the e-gift card will be emailed to the recipient (if immediate delivery was selected). If a future delivery date has been selected, the status of the gift card order will be changed to "Pending Delivery" until the gift card is emailed at 3 a.m. CST on the selected delivery date.

NOTE: While most orders are reviewed within a few hours of being placed, Park Tool cannot guarantee how long it will take for a specific order to be approved. We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

How will I know the e-gift card has been sent?

When the e-gift card is sent to the recipient, you will receive an email notification confirming that it has been sent. Please note that Park Tool is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters and other technical issues. If an e-gift card has not been delivered, please refer to the information below.

My e-gift card hasn't been delivered

If the e-gift card order status is marked as "Delivered" but the recipient is unable to find their e-gift card email, start by having the recipient check their spam folder. If the recipient is unable to locate the email in their spam folder, please have them contact us for help with troubleshooting.

How do I redeem my e-gift card?

E-gift cards can be redeemed on the Payment page of checkout. Click "Apply a gift card," then enter the code and click "Apply" and the cart will be updated to reflect your remaining balance, if any. You can add as many gift cards as you would like, or you can use a partial balance of a gift card and the remainder will be maintained.

NOTE: You cannot use e-gift cards to purchase other e-gift cards.

How do I check my e-gift card balance?

To check your balance, please go to the E-Gift Card Balance page and enter your gift card code and email. Please note that you must use the email that the e-gift card was delivered to.
