Shop Rag Issue 20 — New Tools, New How-Tos
We announced several new products at EuroBike in Friedrichshafen! Here’s a quick rundown of the latest and greatest from Park Tool:
WH-2 Wheel Holder
We took our WH-1 and simplified it, creating a one-position wheel holder that can quickly be attached to a bench or vise to help speed up tire, wheel, cassette, and hub work. Adaptors for 12, 15, and 20mm thru axles as well as quick-release and solid axle hubs allow the WH-2 to hold almost any wheel. Great for home mechanics or small shop spaces.
TS-2EXT.3 Truing Stand Extensions / Adaptors
An updated version of our TS-2EXT.2, these adaptors now accommodate rear drive e-bike wheels in addition to hubs up to 200mm wide and 29″ mountain bike wheels with tires. Quick-release levers allow for quick installation and removal on any TS-2 or TS-2.2 Professional Truing Stand.
PRS-33.2 Power Lift Shop Stand and PRS-33.2 AOK Add-On Kit
The latest iteration of our strongest and most versatile shop stand. Features a revised work tray with larger controls and two USB charging ports, as well as larger storage hooks on the accessory bar. Also includes the PRS-33TT tray for convenient access to your most frequently used tools.
