Park Tool Outlines Sponsored Teams for 2013

Park Tool continues their long history of involvement with the world’s top professional cycling teams, announcing their list of sponsored teams for 2013.

The World Tour Teams sponsored by Park Tool include Garmin, BMC, Team Argos and Sky. “These are among the best racing organizations in the world,” said Park Tool’s Director of Marketing, Bill Armas. “We are proud to be associated with brands and people like these.”

On the Continental front, Park Tool is involved with Optum Health, Jelly Belly, UHC and Team Type 1. These teams dominated the U.S. racing scene in 2012 and look to continue that trend in 2013.

Park Tool is also sponsoring a number of Women’s teams: Optum Health, Tibco, Exergy 2013 and Colavita/espnW. Junior Team sponsorships include Hincapie/BMC and Bontrager Livestrong. Mountain Bike Teams include Giant, KHS and Santa Cruz.

As Park Tool prepares to celebrate their 50th anniversary, they will also continue one of the longest continuous sponsorship in the history of cycling, once again supporting USA Cycling. The relationship stretches over nearly 35 years and nine Olympic games.
