Upgrade Kit for DT-1 and DT-4

A five-piece kit (two axles, two end caps, and a C-clip) that upgrades DT-1 and DT-4 tools to make them compatible with newer Maxle and QR-style thru axles. Fits 15mm thru axle front forks and rear thru axles with 135mm, 142.5mm and 150mm spacing.
