Park Tool Announces 3rd Annual Community Tool Grant Program

For the third consecutive year, Park Tool is accepting applications for its annual Community Tool Grant Program. The grant program is designed to help local non-profit, community oriented cycling organizations get the bicycle repair products they need.

This year, Park Tool will provide 10 non-profit, community oriented cycling-based programs with over $1,400 in Park Tool products including:

• 1 — Park Tool PK-3 Professional Mechanic Tool Kit
• 2 — Park Tool PCS-10 Portable Repair Stands
• 1 — Park Tool BBB-3 Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair
• 5 — Park Tool SA-1 Shop Aprons

“The response to the grants has been tremendous over the past two years. There is a large need for these non-profits to have quality tools and we are happy to partner with them to provide them. The Park Tool Community Grant Program will, once again, help deserving non-profit organizations get the tools and repair stands they need to help them give back to their neighborhoods and communities,” said Eric Hawkins, Park Tool’s president and chief mechanic.

Applications for the grants will be accepted from Nov. 1 – Dec. 31 at www.parktool.com/form/community-tool-grant-request. Winners will be announced in mid-January.
