Announcing Updated Park Tool School Featuring the All-New Teacher's Guide BBB-4TG
Since being launched in 2000, the Park Tool School has taught thousands of cyclists how to maintain, repair and diagnose issues that plague a bicycle in a hands-on environment. Park Tool recently launched the updated version of the Park Tool School complete with the new Instructor’s Guide (BBB-4TG) and support materials that provides bike shops, community groups and schools the best way to teach a topic-rich curriculum in a fun and efficient way. Students of the Park Tool School can follow along with their own copy of the newly updated 4th edition of the Park Tool Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair (BBB-4).
The Instructor’s Guide has been updated to include the following modules:
- New Rider Maintenance
- Novice Class
- Intermediate Class
- Advanced Class
- Tires and Tubes
- Caliper Disc Brake
- Wheel
- Wheel Building
- Derailleur Systems
“So many things have changed with the modern bicycle since we launched our last Instructor’s Guide that is now covered in this version. This new version covers topics such as tube and tubeless flat repair, electronic shifting and wheel building,” commented Calvin Jones, Park Tool’s Director of Education. “We have also expanded the sections on bleeding disc brakes and bottom brackets.”
