DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD
We need your help.
Park Tool has established an international Distinguished Service Award. This award is designed to recognize bike shops that provide excellent repairs and a service experience that is above and beyond the call of duty. We need your help to tell us about an excellent experience you have had with a particular shop. We will send a PZT-1 pizza cutter to the customer who submits the winning letter and give recognition to the winning shop on this site. We will declare winners quarterly and have one winner for the entire year. Simply email us at Parktool@parktool.com to tell us your story.
There is a special place in hell for shops that submit their own names. If caught, we will expose this fraudulent behavior in as embarrassing a way as possible.
