  CABLE CUTTER ADJUSTMENT

This article will discuss the adjustment of the CN-10 or the older CN-4 cable cutters

Cable cutters rely upon correct adjustment to keep the cutting blades operating properly. If the tool is not cutting correctly it may need adjustment. The handle that is adjacent to the locknut is threaded. The nut locks against this handle. The handle that is adjacent to the screw head is not threaded. Adjustments are made from screw head side after loosening locknut.
